Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox, born 25th December 1954 was born in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson, and Thomas Allison Lennox were her parents. Lennox was accepted as a student at the Royal Academy of Music in London in the 1970s where she learned the flute piano and harpsichord for three years. Lennox survived off a student allowance and part-time job for a way to increase her earnings. Lennox was a student in the Royal Academy of Music in London, was unhappy with her performance compared to her fellow students. Lennox began looking at alternatives. Lennox played flute of a group named Dragons Playground in 1976. She left the band when the band was featured on I.T.V.s talent contest New Faces. She was the main voice from The Tourists a British pop band between 1977 and the year 1980. She had a meeting with Dave Stewart, with whom she would form the pop-duo Eurythmics. Lennox began working for her debut solo album Diva in the year 1992. Commercially and critically it was a massive hit. Nostalgia Lennox's sixth solo record came out in November of 2014. The C.D. is a selection of Lennoxs favourite blues and soul tunes from her early years. In addition in May 2019 Lennox has released Lepidoptera an album of four improvised piano tracks. This E.P. Also, it is a sequel to her new album, Now I Let you go... art installation that was exhibited at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. This album is her first which was independently released. Annie Lennox born December 25 1954, is a Scottish politician, philanthropist and singer-songwriter. She had a small amount of recognition as part of the group known as The Tourists in the late 1970s she and fellow musician Dave Stewart went on to gain international recognition as the pop duo Eurythmics during the 80s. The album that Lennox released in 1992 Diva featured a myriad of smash songs that included Why as well as Walking through the Broken Glass. Medusa her album from 1995 contains cover versions of songs such asNo MoreI I Love Yous and Whiter Shade of Pale. She's got six studio albums and one compilation album.
